Please take garbage bags out only during the designated collection windows: morning take-out 08:00–08:30, evening take-out 18:00–18:30. Do not leave garbage in corridors or outside the apartment.

Keep your cards with you during your stay and return all keycards and pool cards to Mercury Tower Reception at check-out. A €50 fee applies for each lost keycard or pool card.

Please do not heavily stain towels. Replacement costs will apply if towels are damaged beyond normal use.
